Naturaleza de los Trabajos y Características Relevantes:
El proyecto contempla las obras de infraestructura necesarias para la pavimentación asfáltica de las rutas que se encuentran localizadas en el sector comprendido entre el acceso a las localidades de Loma Plata y Carmelo Peralta, las cuales se encuentran ubicadas en la jurisdicción de los Departamentos de Presidente Hayes, Alto Paraguay y Boquerón, de la Región Occidental de La República del Paraguay. La franja de dominio del presente proyecto será de CIEN (100) metros en todos los tramos tomando los CIEN (100) metros a la izquierda del eje de la ruta desde el alambrado ubicado del lado derecho, tomando como sentido de avance desde Loma Plata hacia Carmelo Peralta.
Los servicios se componen de dos fases:
- FASE A: Elaboración del Catastro y el Avalúo para la Liberación de la Franja de Dominio del tramo: Ruta Loma Plata - Carmelo Peralta, en la región Occidental del Paraguay.
- FASE B: Elaboración y Ejecución del Plan de Acción Social para la Liberación de la Franja de dominio de las Obras de pavimentación Asfáltica de la Ruta Loma Plata - Carmelo Peralta.

Nature of the Works and Relevant Features:
The project includes the infrastructure works necessary for the asphalt paving of the routes that are located in the sector between access to the towns of Loma Plata and Carmelo Peralta, which are located in the jurisdiction of the Departments of Presidente Hayes, Alto Paraguay and Boquerón, of the Western Region of the Republic of Paraguay. The domain of this project will be one hundred (100) meters in all sections taking one hundred (100) meters to the left of the axis of the route from the fence located on the right side, taking the direction of progress from Loma Plata to Carmelo Peralta.
The services consist of two phases:
- PHASE A: Elaboration of the Cadastre and the Assessment for the Release of the Domain Strip of the section: Loma Plata - Carmelo Peralta Route, in the Western region of Paraguay.
- PHASE B: Preparation and Execution of the Social Action Plan for the Release of the Domain of the Asphalt Paving Works of the Loma Plata - Carmelo Peralta Route.
