Características Relevantes:
Durante los primeros 6 meses se realizaron trabajos de bacheo, fresado y recapado con carpeta asfáltica sobre el tramo ya desdoblado entre los km 13 (inicio de la Ruta 2) y km 34 (inicio Variante de Ypacaraí), y entre los km 39 (final Variante Ypacaraí) y 40,5 (desvío de San Bernardino).
Se realizarán obras de rehabilitación y ampliación de obras de arte existentes tales como puentes y estructuras de drenaje en la totalidad de la traza.
Se intervinieron 12 intersecciones comprendidas entre el km 13 y el km 34. Estas consistirán en la incorporación de mejoras como construcción de carriles para el giro a la izquierda, semaforización y recapado de un total de12 km de calles urbanas.
El alcance contractual del Proyecto incluye el diseño, construcción, financiamiento, operación, mantenimiento y explotación del tramo de las rutas 2 y 7, y el mejoramiento de la vía existente por un plazo de hasta 30 años.

Relevant Features:
The Project consists of the duplication of the road of a section of approximately 142 km, which begins in the city of Ypacaraí (km 41 - Route 2) and ends where the Concession to Tape Porã begins (km 183). It will include beltways, overpasses, collector streets and service areas to establish specific areas of commerce.
The contractual scope of the Project includes the design, construction, financing, operation, maintenance and exploitation of the section of routes 2 and 7, and the improvement of the existing road for a period of up to 30 years.
The sector object of the contract (Routes 2 and 7) are divided into sections, depending on the degree of the Works to be carried out of which the specific section of roads is subject. This basically depends on the platform and geometry of the section. The following sections are defined:
- Section 0: Km 13 San Lorenzo - Km 34 Ypacaraí variant
- Section 1: From the beginning Ypacaraí variant (km 34.0) to Eusebio Ayala (km 73.7)
- Section 2: From Eusebio Ayala (km 73.7) to San José de los Arroyos (km 104.9)
- Section 3: From San José de los Arroyos (km 104.9) to Route 8 in Coronel Oviedo (km 131.74, end of Route 2 and start of Route 7). In the final solution, the section of variant of Colonel Oviedo to the intersection with Route 8 is included in the budget of this section 3.
- Section 4: From the intersection with Route 8 (km 131.74) in Coronel Oviedo to Km 155.1. In the final solution, the section of Colonel Oviedo variant from the intersection with Route 8 is included here.
- Section 5: From Km 155.1 to the beginning of the Tapé- Porã Concession (km 183).
- Section 6: Cross sections Route 2, Route 7 and Route 8
