Este Proyecto consiste principalmente en la construcción de un terraplén sobre el cual serán emplazados diversos paseos para peatones y ciclistas y equipamientos para el esparcimiento de la población y de viviendas para las familias a ser relocalizadas.
A partir del inicio de la obra en las inmediaciones del Puerto de Asunción, el trazado posee un rumbo predominante Este, hasta las alineación aproximada con la Calle Independencia Nacional, allí continua con las obras de las Viviendas General Santos ubicada en la intersección de la Avenida Costanera con la Calle Gral. Santos.

Relevant Features:
This project consists mainly of the construction of an embankment on which there will be  various trails for pedestrian and bicycle riders and equipment for the recreation of the population and housing for the families to be relocated.
From the beginning of the work in the vicinity of the Port of Asunción, the route has a predominant East course, until the approximate alignment with the Independencia National Street. From there, it continues with the works of the General Santos Homes located at the intersection of Avenida Costanera with Gral. Santos Street.
