Profundización del estudio de la alternativa con turbinas bulbo. Desarrollo del Diseño de Ingeniería para la preparación del Proyecto Ejecutivo para licitar la construcción de la Central Hidroeléctrica. Elaboración de los Pliegos de Preselección de Empresas y de Licitación. Asistencia al Comitente en el proceso de licitación y Contratación. Evaluación de presentaciones y ofertas. Elaboración de informes.

Consulting Services to perform the tasks required to tender, adjudicate and sign the contract for the construction of the Yacyretá Hydroelectric Power Plant in the Aña Cuá Arm of the Paraná River, in order to increase hydroelectric generation capacity.
Further study of the alternative with bulb turbines. Development of Engineering Design for the preparation of the Executive Project to tender the construction of the Hydroelectric Power Plant. Preparation of pre-Bidding Documents for Companies and of the Bidding itself. Support to the Commissioning party in the bidding process and Contracting. Evaluation of presentations and offers. Preparation of reports.
