Planta de Tratamiento de aguas residuales con capacidad para depurar las aguas del Arroyo Yukyry. Como primera etapa: estructura de captación de aguas del Arroyo Yukyry para entrada en la Planta; segunda etapa: caudales a tratar serán las del Arroyo Yukyry sumadas al alcantarillado sanitario de San Lorenzo, Luque; y tercera etapa: efluentes domésticos de San Lorenzo, Luque, Capiatá y Areguá. Incluye la elaboración de anteproyecto del emisario de San Lorenzo hasta la Planta, esquema de gestión para la operación de la Planta de Tratamiento, y propuesta de tarifas y subsidios para la operación de la Planta en los diferentes escenarios

Sewage Treatment Plant with capacity to purify the waters of the Arroyo Yukyry. As a first stage: Waters from Arroyo Yukyry Stream water catchment structure for entry into the Plant; second stage: flows to be treated will be those of the Arroyo Yukyry added to the sanitary sewer of San Lorenzo, Luque; and third stage: domestic effluents from San Lorenzo, Luque, Capiatá and Areguá. It includes the preparation of a preliminary draft of the San Lorenzo outfall to the Plant, a management plan for the operation of the Treatment Plant, and the proposal of tariffs and subsidies for the operation of the Plant in the different scenarios
